Luc Poulin - bass

Luc plays acoustic bass when we have the Trio or Quartet formats. He began his musical career at the end of the seventies with classical guitar studies. He studied two years of music theory and solfège studies in 1991 at École de musique de l'Outaouais. He graduated from the University of Ottawa with a music degree in the Spring of 1999. He formed and lead the Fifty Fingers Jazz Quintet for two years. Since then he has been busy performing in many venues as a highly in-demand bass player. Luc also teaches electric and acoustic bass students.
